Hormone Module
  • Hormone Balance & Testing Having balanced hormones is imperative to your health and well-being. This unit dives deeper into the negative effects of imbalanced hormones and how proper testing is important for uncovering any imbalances you may have.
  • Male and Female Hormones Estrogen, progesterone and testosterone all play important roles in both men and women. This unit uncovers the challenges of not having balanced hormones and how proper hormone testing can shed light on hormone imbalance.
  • Insulin and Diabetes, Thyroid, and Stress Hormones This unit gives details on the issue of insulin resistance as well as why reversing Type II diabetes isn't as farfetched as it may seem.
  • HRT & Other Options Having balanced hormones is critical for our health, but sometimes this is challenging or impossible outside of additional steps. Often, people turn to hormone replacement therapy when this occurs, or when symptoms of hormone imbalance persist beyond lifestyle changes. This lesson will discuss what HRT is and why it, and other options, can be considered to balance hormones.
