We really want to encourage you to only eat three meals a day, allowing 5-6 hours between each meal. This is necessary to help regulate the hunger hormone, leptin. If you are feeling like having a snack, try drinking some water first to squash the craving or adding more healthy fats to your meals. If you still must have a snack, limit it to one small afternoon snack of raw nuts or seeds and work on eliminating the snack during your program.
