If you don’t watch your program videos on the first day they are available, that’s ok. Do not fall behind in your program material, though. It’s important to complete each module on the week it becomes available. You will only get results from your program if you are faithful to follow the steps and make the changes being suggested.
Skipping a day of supplements or having a “cheat day” where you ignore your dietary restrictions will only hurt you and your progress in this program and should not be done. Keep a positive mindset! Don’t sabotage all of the incredible benefits you will receive. Remember to plan ahead for each day and invite others around you to support the changes you’re making in your program so you’re less likely to miss a day.
