Each module inside your patient portal is time-released based on the start of your program. If you are trying to access a video too early, you will see a notification telling you that the video is locked and when it will become available for you to watch. This is to allow you to slowly progress through your program and make only the needed steps each week.
If you are unable to access a video for a reason other than that, please notify our coaching staff and we will attempt to resolve the issue for you.
