While raw vegetables are good for you, we are asking you to focus on eating cooked vegetables for your servings at each meal. During the course of our program we are heavily focused on healing the gut and raw vegetables are more difficult for your body to digest than cooked vegetables, making it harder to heal your gut.
You can still have raw vegetables such as salads, but if you begin to experience bloating, stomach discomfort, or trouble going to the bathroom, please let your coach know and temporarily stop eating the raw vegetables.
